Chelsea Houska reportedly isn't happy with her current child custody agreement with Adam Lind.

After the Teen Mom 2 star's ex-boyfriend, and father of her daughter Aubree, 4, was arrested last weekend, Houska is ready to make some changes to their agreement, which will be much stricter than the terms which are currently in place.

“Chelsea and Adam are going to have to go back to the lawyers and stuff for sure to figure out a new agreement,” a source revealed to Radar Online. “Chelsea hasn’t talked to her attorney yet, but she is going to set up a meeting within the next week or so.”

Following a car accident earlier this year, Lind received several charges, including reckless driving, and his license was suspended. However, last weekend, Lind got behind the wheel anyway and after being pulled over by police, was taken to jail. Because he is facing jail time as a result of the high-speed incident, the source was surprised to hear that Lind had violated the law once again -- especially considering doing so could result in him being taken away from Aubree and his other daughter, 8-month old Paislee Mae, for an extended period of time.

At this point, after several arrests and multiple DUI charges, Lind is restricted from taking Aubree in the car with him, but Houska still worries when it comes to Lind's time with his daughter.

“It makes Chelsea very nervous when Aubree’s over there because it’s out of her control,” the source explained. “Visitation is supposed to be under the supervision of Adam’s parents, but I don’t think they take it seriously either and let him take her when he pleases.”
