Jenelle Evans' divorce from Courtland Rogers reportedly has been finalized.

Just weeks ahead of her due date, the Teen Mom 2 star is officially a single woman.

"Jenelle was granted the divorce today. She seemed very happy to be moving on," Evans' lawyer, Dustin Sullivan, confirmed to Us Weekly on June 10.

Evans and Rogers married in a courthouse ceremony in Dec. 2012 and broke up in April 2013, but because of the laws in their home state of North Carolina, they were forced to wait a full year before they were eligible to divorce. On May 2, 2014, Evans filed for divorce and the pair received a court date of June 10. However, because of an outstanding warrant, Rogers was a no-show.

“There is a $70,000 bond and an order for his arrest, so that could be the reason he didn't show up,” a source close to Evans told Radar Online.

On Monday, June 9, Rogers was due in court to address an ongoing case with Evans' sister, Ashleigh Evans-Wilson. Although details of the case were not disclosed, the case may have something to do with the harassment allegations made by Evans' sister in Sept. 2013.

Evans also had a separate legal issue to deal with on Tuesday—a moving violation. According to Radar, during court, Evans' speeding ticket was reduced to a non-moving violation for improper equipment and she was ordered to by $238 in court costs.

With her divorce behind her, Evans is looking forward to her future with her current boyfriend, Nathan Griffith, and hoping for “a ring from Nathan [Griffith] so she can marry him and they can be together when the baby is born in a few weeks.”
