'16 & Pregnant' Scripted: Aleah LeBeouf Reportedly Reenacted Scenes For MTV

Aleah LeBeouf claims she reenacted scenes for season five of 16 & Pregnant.

In a recent discussion on her ask.fm account, LeBeouf opened up to fans about the semi-scripted ways of MTV's hit series.

“You do have to discuss the back history that you guys didn’t see,” LeBeouf confirmed, via Radar Online.

On her episode of 16 & Pregnant, LeBeouf was seen welcoming daughter Peyton with boyfriend Shawn Burke, who also had a son, Noah, from a previous relationship. Because of her diabetes, LeBeouf's pregnancy and birth came with risks, which made for quite the dramatic episode.

LeBeouf isn't the only star who has spoken out about reenactments. Teen Mom 2's Kail Lowry also admitted to faking scenes during an early season of the show.

“The scene where I tell [then-boyfriend] Jordan about cheating on him was re-enacted,” Lowry admitted. “That’s why I was so cold-hearted. Jordan already knew about it at that time and we had already moved past it.”

On the show, Lowry met with Jordan at her home and informed him that she and her son Isaac's father, Jo Rivera, had hooked up during the time she was dating him. After the episode aired, Lowry received tons of backlash from fans who claimed she was insensitive in her delivery, which prompted her to set the record straight.

16 & Pregnant's Megan McConnell has spoken out, as well.

“My voiceovers were pretty much all lies," she revealed in her blog, according to a Cambio report. "I would say 90% of the stuff they MADE me say was a lie. It took five hours to record voiceovers because I fought every little bit of it."
