Joe Gorga is currently fighting the tenant in his Montville, N.J. estate over unpaid rent.

Earlier this month, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star appeared in court, where his attorney claimed his tenant, Kai Patterson, owed him a total of $192,557 and should be evicted. On Wednesday, a judge ruled on the case.

Patterson "owes at least $23,477 in rent and late fees to the couple, a judge ruled Wednesday, but the tenant said he will pay the amount by Thursday to avoid possible eviction," reported the Daily Record on Sept. 3.

If Patterson doesn't pay the amount due, the judge on the case revealed he would enter a judgment of possession on Thursday, meaning Gorga would be able to obtain a warrant of removal to evict Patterson from his six-bedroom, seven-bathroom, 13,000-square-foot home.

In Aug. 2013, Patterson entered into an 18-month lease-purchase agreement, but he didn’t actually move into the home until the late Feb, 2014, according to NJ.com.

"Patterson contracted for a $20,000-per-month agreement, including $10,000 for rent and $10,000 for the purchase, although that figure was to increase to $40,000 per month this month -- $20,000 each for rent and purchase," the site reported.

Gorga's sister, Teresa Giudice is also dealing with legal troubles as of late. However, hers are far more serious than Gorga's.

In just weeks, Giudice and her husband, Joe, will appear in court, where they will receive their sentence for crimes of fraud. Giudice is facing nearly two years behind bars, while Joe is facing four.
