Who isn't anxiously awaiting today's Apple announcement? It's been almost a year since the company announced its flagship iPhone 5, and consumers and tech-geeks alike are patiently waiting for the unveiling of its newest iPhone 6.

There have been a few rumors circling the latest iPhone craze, and although no one can know for sure what to expect, here's a round-up of what's going around the Internet grapevine.

4.7-inch iPhone 6

According to BGR, there are dozens of reports from "reliable sources" that suggest the phone will have a completely new design. The casing of the phone will feature a new aluminum material and will be more of a roundish shape. In addition, the phone will feature a new A8 processor, 1GB of RAM, NFC, Touch ID and a slightly bigger battery.

BGR reports it will come in three colors (silver/white, gold/white and space gray/black), might entail a new 128GB storage option and some models may feature a sapphire glass display cover instead of Gorilla Glass from Corning.

5.5-inch iPhone

This phone will be unveiled today, as well, and will apparently be identical to the iPhone 6 besides one key component - its much larger screen. Diagonally, it will reach 5.5 inches, because who doesn't love a bigger screen?

iWatch

A watch and phone combined, the new iWatch could be the future of Apple products. No one is too sure if this will be unveiled today with its iPhone counterparts, but there have been some rumors about Apple's first wearable device. For starters, BGR says it will run on iOS and will feature deep integration with the iPhone and iPad. It will also be quite stylish, but even if viewers get their first glimpse of it today, the iWatch will not be launched until next year.
