Scott Stapp was under a 72 hour psychiatric watch prior to Facebook confession

Days before his confessional video on Facebook, Creed frontman, Scott Stapp was under psychiatric watch as reported by TMZ.

The musician has declared himself homeless, who was found by cops on the side of the road on November 13 and showing signs of intoxication and confusion. He was reportedly been rambling that someone has been trying to poison him. The document obtained by TMZ reports that Stapp was then placed on a 3 day psych watch by the police.

Jaclyn, his estranged wife, who also had filed for divorce, had filed papers pertaining to Stapp's threat that he will commit suicide and kill his Alcoholics Anonymous sponsor. He is said to be hearing voices too and visions of people on fire. On November 10, the "With Arms Wide Open" singer had even left a message at the school where his kids' are going warning the school administrator that the school was under attack by the ISIS group.

On November 26, the singer posted a confessional video on Facebook claiming that he has been living at a Holiday Inn and in his truck. He also mentioned that he was broke and was a financial theft victim.

According to US weekly, Stapp's confession states, "I had no money, not even for gas or food," Stapp said. "I went two days without eating because I had no money and ended up in an emergency room."

"I'm sober as can be," he tells fans. "Once the rumors started coming out I began getting blood and urine tests once a week just in case someone called me to the carpet on it, I can prove it."

Stapp was said to have been doing a lot of amphetamines, crystal meth, and steroids that makes him paranoid, as reported by Jaclyn.
