Jeremy Renner worried daughter will be taken out of the country by ex-wife after divorce

Jeremy Renner is dealing with a nasty divorce and is fearing that his ex-wife Sonni Pacheco, might flee out of the country with their daughter.

Pacheco filed for divorce on Dec 5 and has demanded custody of their daughter, 21-month-old, Ava Berlin. The Avengers actor is worried that Pacheco might take off to Canada with their daughter.

The British-Columbian model had asked Renner to return her "stolen passport" and she just wanted independence.

It would seem that the couple's marriage begun to crumble right after their January 2014 wedding and had slept separately. They called it quits after 10 months of marriage.

A source close to the couple had said, "It wasn't traditional," says the source, "but he was hopeful they could make it work for Ava. He's devastated."

After the news of their split, The Mission Impossible 5 actor took to his WhoSay account and posted a sweet photo of him and his daughter with the caption, "It's very early to call, but going on the record to predict the highlight of my year 2015!!!. Just sayin... #restiscake."

Two of his movies Avengers: Age Of Ultron and Mission: Impossible 5 will be released over the course of 2015.

In addition to this, Jeremy has recently been in-production on the latest movie in the Bourne series.
