Lindsay Lohan has completed the court-ordered 240 hours of community service stemming from her reckless driving incident in 2012 says her lawyer Shawn Holley on Wednesday, January 28. Prosecutors however have raised questions about the claim. The presiding judge, Richard Stone, has set another hearing, scheduled on February 18, to address these concerns.

Lohan, 28, was slated to complete the required 240 hours by November 6. However, she managed to render only up to 102 hours by then. She was granted an extension until last Tuesday.

During Wednesday's hearing, lawyer Holley submitted to the court a letter from the Community Service Volunteers (CSV) in London certifying that Lohan took part in 5 'meet and greets' with the Positive Futures Young volunteers along with a doctor's note attesting that the actress has been ill.

Lohan was known to have been hospitalized in London last week after contracting Chikungunya, a mosquito-borne virus, while vacationing in Bora-Bora not while doing community service. She recovered, and on the weekend following her discharge from the hospital was spotted partying at the Le Titty Twister nightclub in Paris until 5:00 am Sunday, reports Radar Online.

Santa Monica Chief Deputy City Attorney Terry White who is prosecuting the case has asked the court for time to investigate Lohan's claims. According to the Inquistr, White was just handed the documents submitted by the actress on the morning of the hearing and he has some questions as to how it was possible for Lohan to do 80 hours of community service in nine days, including those days she was known to be in the hospital.

Lohan is facing possible jail time for three misdemeanor charges for obstructing an investigation, giving false information to an officer and reckless driving.
