The release of the Paramount Pictures production Grimsby has been postponed to next year. It was scheduled to be released on July 31 this year, the day on which other three much-awaited films are scheduled to release-Point Break, Selfless, and Southpaw.

Grimsby is a story of a secret agent who hides in his native hometown with his troublemaker younger brother who plays soccer. The spy comedy stars Sacha Baron Cohen, Mark Strong, Rebel Wilson, and Penelope Cruz. Wilson, the Australian comedian, is playing the role of a Muslim woman in the film while Cruz is portrayed as someone with a hidden secret behind her corporate looks.

When interviewed by The Australian Women's Weekly, Wilson revealed that the sexual scenes in the movie were shot long before the Charlie Hebdo incident, where two Islamist gunmen opened fire at the Paris headquarters of Charlie Hebdo, for printing the satirical cover page of the magazine that depicted the Prophet Muhammad. In the movie, Wilson has been shown wearing a burqa and getting into unseemly things.

As per the sources, Wilson has been advised by Cohen to move around with proper security after the release of the film. Reportedly, Wilson went into a discussion with one of her Muslim friends to find out if the scenes that she has been worrying about being offensive to anyone by any chance. Post movie release next year, Wilson looks forward to her next role in Kung Fu Panda III where she plays the role of an adult female Panda.

The Louis Leterrier directed film Grimsby is now scheduled to hit the theaters on February 26, 2016. Besides the lead actors, the film also stars Cohen's wife Isla Fisher, Ian McShane, Gabourey Sidibe, David Harewood, Annabelle Wallis, and Johnny Vegas. The film has been co-written by Louis Leterrier and Phil Johnston.
