'Neighbors 2' Latest News and Release Date: Zac Efron Comes Back Next Year in the Sequel; Watch Trailer (Video)

Did not have enough of the 2014 hit movie Neighbors? Well, do not be disappointed, the cast is back to make you laugh in splits with the second part of the movie confirmed to be released next year.

The motion picture Neighbors was one of the greatest film industry smashhits a year ago! With gross earnings of $18 million, the film was loved by all, especially Zac Efron fans!

So it bodes well that a spin-off would be underway, and Neighbors 2 has a release date already and it is happening just the next year!

The comedy movie will again star the hunky Zac Efron and the comic Seth Rogen is slated to release in the theaters on May 20^th, 2016.

The first instalment featured a story, which revolved around the lives of a young couple who has a kid by the age of 30 years. The couple are soon frustrated with their newly moved in neighbors, which consist of a college fraternity house who just cannot keep it low. They try to act cool at first and also party with the college students, but this arrangement soon becomes into a rivalry when Seth Rogen complains to the police about the noisy neighbors and they get punished by their college dean. The fraternity house is led by Zac Efron and James Franco's hunky looking brother Tom Franco. The movie had a lot of punch lines and great comedy element and the audience sure loved it.

The wait for the next movie is a little long, but it will absolutely be worth the wait!

Let us hope that the next installment will be just as funny and hilarious as the first part.
