Taylor Swift is known for being good at handling and being friendly to her fans, but her latest gift to a young girl must have been the sweetest she's ever done yet.

Jalene Salinas, a 4-year old girl with terminal cancer, was able to speak with the pop star on Monday after the #ShakeItOffJalene began trending on Twitter which caught the attention of Taylor. This was part of the plan made by Jalene's mom, Jennifer Arriaga, when she put up a list on Facebook detailing Jalene's dreams that she wished to accomplish within her brief life. One of this dreams includes Jalene dancing to the catchy hit "Shake It Off" along with Taylor and her brother Josh.

Although Jalene was said to be feeling sick last Monday, she still managed to meet her heroine through FaceTime. The San Antonio news station was able to film the heartwarming moment as Taylor made Jalene's special dream come true.

Jalene looked obviously excited and exhilarated at the sight of the one person she'd always wanted to meet.

"I'm so sorry you're having a bad night, I'm so happy to talk to you though and I'm so happy you like 'Shake It Off,'" Taylor, equally thrilled about the whole meeting, told Jalene during the FaceTime convo.

"You look beautiful tonight, you really do," the singer added. "You're just as pretty as your pictures."

Jalene's mom Jennifer was visibly touched by the singer's gesture and words of kindness to her daughter. After Jalene's FaceTime chat with Taylor, Jennifer took to Facebook to express her innermost gratitude:

"I'm so happy Taylor reached out to Jalene. She was so happy. Thank you Taylor so much."
