Google's New Chrome Book Specs & Features Review: Launched in Two Versions

Taking the electronics market by the storm is the second edition of Chrome book launched by Google. It has been launched in two versions; one with 2.2 Ghz Intel Core i5 processor priced at $999 and the other with 2.4 Ghz Intel Core i7 processor which is expected to fetch $1299 for the company.

Furthermore, the models have been equipped with two USB C ports which support charging of devices which comes across as a move to counter the market for Macbook Pro launched by Apple sometime ago which came with this feature.

Besides, the 2.2 Ghz model is equipped with a 8GB RAM whilst its 2.4 Ghz counterpart boasts of a 16 GB RAM. Furthermore, the devices offer a 12.85 inch display with back lit keyboard and etched glass trackpad. The makers are silent on the battery life but have remarked that these laptops are capable of providing upto 12 hours of battery life.

Furthermore, the laptops have been designed so that they are user friendly especially in terms of weight (1.5 kg) and are designed as per the dimensions 297.7x224.55x15.3mm. Chromebook also boast of a 720 pixel HD wide angle webcam with a blue camera lens. Besides, the users have the option of selecting 32 GB or 64 GB flash storage.

Furthermore, to answer the most awaited question by the readers, the laptop provides connectivity for Bluetooth and also provides for a Headphone/Mic Slot. Furthermore, it is enriched with one SD Card slot. The makers of Chromebook have made sure that it is never left unconnected to the outside world by proving a intel dual-band Wireless-AC 726 802.11ac.

Come Tuesday and the consumers in US can purchase it especially on the newly launched Google Store, however, no information has been cited about the laptop's release in other countries.
