Jessica Alba Fronts New Bobcut Hairdo; Plus Speaking Engagement with Colgate’s Annual Entrepreneur Weekend

Jessica Alba has a new hairstyle!

Well, basically, the gorgeous actress had chopped down her hair to a bob haircut. She proudly showed off the results on Friday, March 13 via Instagram.

According to US weekly, the mom of two had captioned her adorable pic with "Uh oh someone chopped off her hair!" The Wright Girls actress flipped her tousled locks to one side for the reveal as she posed with a shocked face.

In a second pic, she sat on stylist Gianna Andrea's lap. "Thank u @giannandrea1 4 the cute cut!" Alba wrote. "Love it!"

The Honest Company founder changed up her hair color from chestnut ombre to blonde back in November. "#gotmyhairdid @ramireztransalon thnk u @johnnyramirez1 @anhcotran," she captioned an Instagram pic at the time. "#beforeandafter #hairtransformation #hairmagic."

Alba will be seen next with Mechanic: Resurrection alongside Jason Statham, Tommy Lee Jones, Natalie Burn and Michelle Yeoh. It is the sequel to the 2011 film The Mechanic. Release date will be on January 22, 2016.

On the other hand, Jessica Alba and MC Hammer will be among the speakers at Colgate's fourth annual Entrepreneur Weekend on Friday, April 10. The actress and rapper will participate in a panel discussion with Warby Parker co-CEO and co-founder Neil Blumenthal, BuzzFeed president Greg Coleman, and Rent the Runway CEO and co-founder Jennifer Hyman.

Alba may be best known for her movie star looks in films like Fantastic Four and Sin City, but she founded The Honest Co. in 2011 as a lifestyle brand that sells eco-friendly products for babies and families. According to Business Insider, the fast-rising startup company raised $70 million last year and is valued at nearly $1 billion.
