Ambitious AeroMobil Aims for Autopilot Flying Car; Working on ProtoType

After having developed an amazing prototype for the flying car, Aeromobil wants their flying car to run on its own. The latest model released by the company has an amazing ability to unfold its wings and take off within 800 feet. The future of this vehicle is seen as a self-run car by Juraj vaculik, AeroMobil's CEO in the next 10 years.

Aeromobil is a Slovakian company that was a finalist at the South by Southwest Inveractive Innovation Awards.

Various other cars are being developed by tech companies. Google is working hard on its auto-drive car. Apple has also been reported to working on its own version of cars. It has also produced operating systems that synchronize into cars. Tesla is another tech company advertising electric cars

Flying Roadster, the latest model of the flying car by AeroMobil was released in October 2010. And the company doesn't wish to rest at models but hopes to release their vehicles commercially.

This however won't happen easily as more than one hurdle lie ahead. The company has to deal with a lot of regulations with the government. Google has had to struggle to get permission for testing their auto-run vehicles in several states, acquiring only some. Moreover, a pilot's license is required to run the vehicle once it takes off

The company hopes the move to aired vehicles will reduce government budget on roads and constructions. How costly the vehicle would be is has not been disclosed though it reportedly took 10 long months to come together.

The company chief communicator confided that he would like the vehicle to be run by a computer rather than man. He believes it will be better managed that way.
