A Violent Review of "Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number"

As Daily Emerald reports, "Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number" is pretty violent and that is what players look for in a game.

The game might be a little simple for some players but those who have played "Hotline Miami" will find more reasons not to pass up on this one.  Expect a floor with lots of blood, decapitated body parts, knives, crowbars and lots of bullet casings.

Although "Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number" may be described as an old-school type of game, still a lot of players look forward to retro and trendy type of game.  They also enjoy the music and songs chosen to play in the background.

Being an assassin in this game keeps your adrenaline rushing and you are keen on being trigger-happy and kill those masked madmen around you.  Guiding a murderer through every floor with gun-toting enemies and the goal is to try to keep alive.  There are enemies who move around a lot and there are those that have a pattern on how to attack.  Masks are being given every time enemies are killed and this gives the assassin certain needed powers.  The protagonist is given a level-up like dodging attacks, lethal throws and a lot to discover.

There are also surprises that are being encountered and no matter how well researched and studied the plan is, it can still fail because there is a design change-up.  Brutal attacks can be successful due to the player's mastery of the moves done but sometimes it can be due to luck.

"Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number" has an innovative formula since it has the ingredients of a great game.  It includes approaching a dangerous situation and being given multiple moves like having two high-powered guns and throwing stealth just to keep alive.

So is this game really violent?  Players are just into the game for something they enjoy doing.
