Tom Cruise Smitten by ‘The Crown’ Star Vanessa Kirby

Looks like Tom Cruise hasn't given up on love after all. In fact, wedding no. 4 might just be around the corner. And who might the lucky bride be? No other than the Netflix "The Crown" star Vanessa Kirby!

This happened shortly after his beloved mother Mary Lee South died at the age of 80 in February, and Cruise has reunited with daughter Suri with ex-wife Katie Holmes. An insider tells In Touch Weekly that the "Mission Impossible" star has fallen hard for fellow actor Vanessa Kirby.

Apparently, Tom Cruise had been a fan of Kirby and her work. He was particularly impressed with her role as Princess Margaret in the Netflix series, "The Crown". So much so that he wanted her to be in the next installment of the "Mission Impossible" franchise. The minute she was on set, they hit it off immediately. The chemistry was simply undeniable.

An Impressive Resume

The talented British beauty was born in Wimbledon, West London. She went to Lady Eleanor Holles boarding school, an excellent institution to be in if you have $23,700 to spare, per Mail Online. She then took a year off to travel Asia and Africa. When she got back she focused on her undergraduate degree at the Exeter University.

She admitted to having a wild social while trying to pursue her acting career. She had a lengthy love affair with theater in Bolton, near Manchester before trying her hand on the big screen. It was in 2015 when she became part of the sci-fi hit Jupiter Ascending that she started to get people's attention. But it wasn't until she snagged the role as Princess Margaret in "The Crown" that Kirby really rose to stardom. The next thing you know, she caught the eye of Hollywood superstar Tom Cruise.
