'Dance Moms' Update: Abby Lee Miller Opens up About Her Fraud Case; Admits She Feels Embarrassed & Humiliated

Abby Lee Miller is waiting for the court's verdict on her fraud case and has also made a shocking announcement that she is leaving the Lifetime dance reality series "Dance Moms." Miller has previously explained in a lengthy Instagram post that she is making her exit from the show because the producers allegedly mistreated and disrespected her. Cheryl Burke has been tapped as a new choreographer in the show and has also expressed her excitement, saying that she knows how to motivate the girls. Now, Miller has opened up about her struggle in her fraud case.

It is said that Abby Lee Miller could face two and a half years in jail with her fraud case and it can be recalled when she said that she would just have to consider it a vacation for her. Talking to People, Miller said that she takes full responsibility for her case. "I made mistakes and I trusted people, but ultimately I have to take responsibility," the "Dance Moms" star said. "I have to take the blame. I have to take the punishment."

On May 8, Abby Lee Miller will know the Pittsburgh federal judge's decision on her fraud case. Miller in October 2015 was charged in her attempts of hiding $775,000 of her income from "Dance Moms" and her other projects. Miller has admitted that she is anxious while awaiting her verdict but said that she is doing her best to keep herself busy.

The reality star added that she has to stay busy because she might just keep crying if she thinks about it every single day. That said, Abby Lee Miller has been conducting dance lessons and discussions. In an Instagram post, Miller announced that she will be in New Jersey and wrote that she will dish the dirt on "Dance Moms."

In a Podcast, Abby Lee Miller discussed her bankruptcy fraud case and described her challenging situation as a fact of life. She admitted that she did make mistakes but she thought she was doing it right. The "Dance Moms" star went on to say that it is indeed embarrassing and humiliating.
