"Frozen 2" was officially announced in March 2015 and there were no further details about it at least until last month that its production has already started. Disney's popular animated movie has attracted mostly female audiences, mainly because it stars two female lead characters. What's more interesting about it is that it's a twist of the traditional fairytale romance, where the prince charming turns out to be the villain. Now, reports say that the movie's lead stars such as Kristen Bell, Idina Menzel, and Josh Gad all feel pressured following the huge success of another Disney movie "Beauty and the Beast."

Talking to Entertainment Weekly, "Frozen 2" producer Peter Del Vecho excitingly said that he and his team are already hard at work with the sequel's production. "We're in the development writing process and are very excited by it. Like all movies, it will evolve," Del Vecho said. He also added that fans would be able to completely understand the first movie if they get to watch the sequel. This excites all fans even more as they are positive that there will be move explosives that the sequel will reveal.

Del Vecho also added the plot for "Frozen 2" could still change while they are working in the production. Some fans agree with this and one expert even said that Elsa would be a villain in the upcoming sequel. Theories have it that Anna will discover her own super powers and is going to use it to take Elsa down. Others also revealed that Tarzan is joining the upcoming sequel taking the role of a long-lost brother of Arendelle princesses.

Kristen Bell, Idina Menzel and Josh Gad are all reprising their roles in "Frozen 2." Reports claim that they are concerned with the record of "Beauty and the Beast," which took the global box-office by storm, earning $1 billion. It is said that the stars are worried that the upcoming sequel would fail in beating Emma Watson's movie.

To this date, there is still no official announcement of the premiere date of "Frozen 2." However, some fans believe that it's either in December 2018, or it could be in 2019. This is because Disney already has the official schedule of movie releases in 2017 and 2018.
