Empire reported that Cillian Murphy and Jamie Dornan have signed on to "H-Block", the upcoming film that will tell the story of the 38 IRA prisoners who broke out of the maximum security prison known as Long Kesh. The Maze Prison escape was later referred to as The Great Escape because the facility was originally believed to be escape-proof. The "Peaky Blinders" Season 4 actor and the "Fifty Shades Darker" star will be joined by fellow Irishman Pierce Brosnan, who is set to play an HM Prison Maze warden.

This will not be the first time that Cillian Murphy and Jamie Dornan have worked together on films based on historical events. The Irish stars have previously played Czech agents Jozef Gabčík and Jan Kubiš, who assassinated the Nazi leader Reinhard Heydrich in 1942. There are speculations that the star of "Peaky Blinders" Season 4 and the real Christian Grey grew close while working on the 2016 thriller. The bond may have led to the two agreeing to work together again in "H-Block".

It may take more time before Cillian Murphy and Jamie Dornan will begin work on "H-Block". Murphy is still shooting for "Peaky Blinders" Season 4, which is expected to premiere on BBC by October.
