Grab your tank tops and your oversized sweatpants; No Doubt is back and their new single is an obvious return to their danceable punk-rock roots. No Doubt fans have been waiting nearly ten years for the band to crank out a new song; the band's last song, "It's My Life," was released back in 2003. Over the last decade lead singer Gwen Stefani has had a successful solo career with hits like "Rich Girl" and "Hollaback Girl."

No Doubt has reunited to record a new album titled "Push and Shove," and though the album won't be out until the fall (September 25th) the band was kind enough to give their fans a little sneak preview. Forty-six seconds of "Settle Down" is available here for your listening enjoyment, and even with less than a minute of music to judge -- it's obvious No Doubt is the same band that left us in 2003. The beat is set to a cool and calm sway, Stefani's distinctive vocals complement the background instrumentals, and the song explodes with a happy energy that seems to insist anyone listening must start dancing.

September 25th can't come soon enough, but at least fans can set their iPods to play an endless loop of "Just a Girl" while they wait.
